Refund policy



Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@extractfilter.com.
